Week 10 Goals on 12 Week Challenge

First of all How did I do last week?

My Goals for LAST Week were :


Food -

  • Track food on Calorie King, keep net calories (after exercise) at 1400.  Yes, met, net was 1354 calories.
  • Only 2 Takeaway Coffees, replace with Hot Chocolate at home. Yes, met, had 2 takeaway coffees, and had a few hot chocolates at home.
  • Have 2 high protein, low carb meals, from a new book I have. Not met, was a bit disorganised.

Exercise -

  • Gym 3 times this week- Total of 60min on cardio/weights circuit and 30 minutes spinning. Not met, went to gym for total 28 minutes (15 min circuit, 2 min Ellipitcal and 11 minute spinning.)
  • Walking 1 Times this week. Total of 20min  Yes, met, walked total 40 minutes.

My Goals for THIS Week shall be : (It is also the school holidays to less opportunity to visit gym and have visiting partner at moment too, who is distracting me, so I might try to have goals easier goals that I should be able to keep.)


Food -

  • Track food on Calorie King, keep net calories (after exercise) at 1400.
  • A maximum of 1000ml of takeaway Skinny Lattes,
  • Alcohol Free on 3 nights of the week.
  • No junk chips (or crisps) for entire week, replace with rice crackers or thin crackers.
  • Have 2 soup lunches this week.
  • Choose the healthy option if eating out.
  • No biscuits! (I had 2 yesterday first time in ages, don’t want the habit back!)

Exercise -

  • Gym 1 times this week- Total of 30 minutes.
  • Walking 1 Time this week. Total of 20min
  • Big Winter Clean. Total of 2 hours.
